The location was particularly good - right by Tynemouth/South Shields, all the shops and a vast choice of eateries and beach. The room was immaculately clean and bright with fridge and microwave when upgraded. The personnel was amiable and welcoming, doing their best to assist.

Everyone working at this absolutely great hotel was very very nice. We had king room with fridge and microwave. Essentials that you need, such as a TV, tea, coffee, and a kettle, were there.
